Dr. Alan W. Peck,
Ph.D, CMP
Dr. Peck has been in the recruiting, staffing, training and coaching field for 14 yrs. He has
worked for Top Fortune 50 companies including AmerisourceBergen, CVS Pharmacy,
Merck, Towers Perrin to mention a few.
Dr. Peck has an unsurpassed feel for the market and specializes in the
areas of retention, talent
management and recruiting methodologies.
Dr. Peck is a past Adjunct Professor at a Major Medical University. He also serves on various
university boards for medical and business best practices, and is a
member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists ASHP.
He is also a member of the American Nursing Association - ANA.
Dr. Peck serves as the Chief
Executive Officer.

Mr. John L.
Lancaster,
B.S. CMP
Mr. Lancaster has worked for Top Fortune 50 companies including
AmerisourceBergen, Wal-Mart, US-Bio Services to mention a
few.
He is a member of the American Society of
Health System Pharmacists ASHP.
He also serves on various medical and business boards for colleges for
outplacement services. Mr. Lancaster specializes in recruiting,
leadership development and on
boarding new talent retention. He is also a member of the American Nursing Association - ANA.
Mr. Lancaster serves as
the Chief Operations Officer.

Mr. Harper is a Pharmacist with over 40 years of experience in Retail, Hospital and multiple practice settings.
He has worked for Top Fortune 50 companies including AmerisourceBergen, CVS/Pharmacy and many large hospitals to mention a few.
He is also a member of the American Pharmacists Association - APhA
Mr. Harper is a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists - ASHP.
Mr. Harper serves as the Vice President of Pharmacy Services.

Ms. Karen Leath, B.S. PMP
Ms. Leath has an extensive background in operations, staffing and healthcare management.
She has worked for Top Fortune 50 companies including McKesson, Medco Health Solutions and Merck to mention a few.
Ms. Leath has strong experience working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other Government Agencies.
She is also a member of the American Nursing Association - ANA. And is a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists ASHP. Ms. Leath and her group can implement solutions from healthcare operations to full staffing strategies.
She oversees operations of the Doral, FL and the San Antonio, TX offices.
Ms. Leath serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Luis Tobar,
PharmD., M.S.
Mr. Tobar is a Pharmacist and Former Director of
Pharmacy Operations and Director
of Pharmacy
He has a strong background in JCAHO
Standards as well as USP
797 Standards as well as working
with Directors of Pharmacy implementing changes to
get various hospitals to achieve self reliance. Mr. Tobar guided the
Pharmacy Departments for various hospitals toward the successful preparation for JCAHO surveys.
Upon completion, the Pharmacy
Departments received accreditation without any recommendations.
He also implemented policy
upgrades, re-organized Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, established open communications with Medical staff, and implemented
educational series for nursing
staff.
Mr. Tobar serves as the National
Director of Joint Commission Compliance.
